Machine Learning Techniques Aplied to Spam Filtering

Attention: this site is outdated! My graduation project has been submitted and accepted (yay!), and the information contained here shall be updated and migrated into a site specifically for the machine-learning spam filter (nnebs's successor).

This site documents my Graduation Project ("Trabalho de Conclusao de Curso", or "TCC") for Computer Science, at Senac.

As my project neared completion and its presentation date, updates to this site became less frequent. A new site for the spam filter that evolved from my research and code is intented for the beginning of 2007.

In the meantime, you can download the classifier's latest version. Remember, it's not a spam filter per se, but a testbed for the different methods studied in this project.
